​All bookings are final and non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a forfeited session. If there is a technical issue or error on our end, we will gladly work with you to find a solution or reschedule your reading.
